Standard interview questions. I was also asked why I didn't finish my college degree, which no one has ever questioned before given the years of experience I have. I was surprised to hear the interviewer respond with "finish your credits even if you get a marine biology degree" How will a marine biology degree help me be a better facilities manager? :)
Current roles and responsibilities.
Tell me about a time when you were on a team working with someone who wasn't pulling their weight. What did you do to successfully complete the task?
Some real red flags raised here with their questions which seemed particularly focussed on fellow colleague behaviours and whether I would have any problems in sacking someone
What is your expectation for a new role?
If you had a very difficult employee who was due to retire in the next 12 months; how would you manage them?
