The process was quite fast and easy . The manager was extremely nice and made me feel very confident and comfortable . Unfortunately I didn’t stay because I got a better offer , but it was a positive experience

Fast and easy application process
The questions were general about video games, where do you see yourself in 3 years (makes sense as most people quit that position after 1-3 years), how do you deal with stressful situations (also makes sense as the community team was chaotic to work with and everyone was stressed all the time).
The general mood during the interview was awkward as the manager seemed to be uncomfortable talking to people (they would talk to you without looking at you).
When I mentioned my salary expectation I was laughed at and told I will never find such an offer for that position all while the HR person would laugh awkwardly to try and lighten the mood. Their salary offer was rigid without room to negotiate (there are definitely better offers out there, I know that by now).

General questions about video games, where do you see yourself in 3 years, how do you deal with stressful situations, why do you want to work for this position, why should we hire you, and other questions that pointed to the impression that working there will be a pain and they think that they do you a favor for hiring you when it should be the other way around since their offer was very basic (they aim at hiring juniors because of that).
Ein ziemlich standard Vorstellungsgespräch, die Fragen zielten darauf ab, herauszufinden, wie man in bestimmten sozialen Situationen reagieren würde. Ansonsten generell ein ganz nettes, lockeres und höfliches Gespräch. Mein Lebenslauf wurde nochmal aufgegriffen, wobei ich da um einige Erläuterungen gebeten wurde.
