Fast and easy application process The questions were general about video games, where do you see yourself in 3 years (makes sense as most people quit that position after 1-3 years), how do you deal with stressful situations (also makes sense as the community team was chaotic to work with and everyone was stressed all the time). The general mood during the interview was awkward as the manager seemed to be uncomfortable talking to people (they would talk to you without looking at you). When I mentioned my salary expectation I was laughed at and told I will never find such an offer for that position all while the HR person would laugh awkwardly to try and lighten the mood. Their salary offer was rigid without room to negotiate (there are definitely better offers out there, I know that by now).
