Interview
The recruiter was very friendly and engaging. She described the expectation of the job clearly and the stage process of the multiple interviews before placement. She typed during the entire interview in order to take answers back to recruitment board. I only completed the 1st stage of process. 2nd phone screen and the 3rd part - Assessment is still pending.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ghSMART in Jan 2016
Interview
Phone interview that lasted 90 minutes with interviewer typing my answers the entire time, which was very distracting. Provided good information about the position. Explained that there would be a 2nd and 3rd round, if I was selected - 2nd being another phone interview with consultant and 3rd being a SKYPE interview. Received a standard rejection email about a week after phone interview with no explanation as to why I wasn't selected for next round.
