The process involved a phone interview with the hiring manager, a project, a video interview to discuss the project, followed by an on-site interview where I had 4 separate interviews. Although the process took 3 months, the hiring manager was very responsive and would update me through each step. I felt comfortable in each interview because while they each asked their own relevant questions for the job, they also gave me the opportunity to get to know them as individuals on the team. Meeting everyone at my on-site interview is what convinced me that I definitely wanted to take the job if I was offered it.
