Questions from the HR Manager were all behavioral questions...have answers prepared. Example:Tell me about a time when you had to take on responsibility of a situation when you did not have to. - Describe a situation when you felt you might loose control of your self and explain how you reacted. - Give me an example of how you handled a situation with a coworker who gave you trouble, and how did you handle the situation and resolve it.
