HR reached out to me and asked to schedule phone interview. I gave them my availability, but they were persistent on a same day phone interview (when I responded to their email). A lot of emailing back and forth to not do a scheduled phone interview. Since I had some time, I figured why not at this point. But they called me a little later than scheduled. The HR talked a lot and was a quick phone interview.
