Formal yet laid back interview process which is normally with 2 or 3 people from the company, includes an interactive assignment and time to ask questions. Last about an hour.

      Interview

Very short and to the point. Got the job offer right there and they insisted I start as soon as possible. They were very light on actual QA questions. The interviewers were very nice/ Also need so many words here.

Phone interview-did not feel the people interviewing me know the specific of the project like what kind of software was being use, expected work week hours etc. Plus I got the feeling they did not normally work with companies developing medical devices.

      QA Tester Interview

      Jul 8, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at iBeta in May 2015

      Interview

Emailed the head of HR my resume and was contacted almost immediately about the job. He asked about my availability and after I sent him that, he sent me an offer without an interview. This wasn't the normal case, as he needed to hire around 70 people for the contract within two weeks. Otherwise, I assume an interview would have taken place, if they had time for it.
