I interviewed with three people for my role. Each person I interviewed with made me feel comfortable from the start. I never felt as though I was being interviewed for a job, but more so just talking with peers. Each interview left me with a positive attitude for the next.

The interview process was very smooth and transparent. Beginning with a CCAT and Personality test followed by a background interview with one of their recruiters. After that there were 2 back to back interviews with the hiring managers. Interviews were very conversational and not intimidating at all. Basic interview process starting with a phone screening with a recruiter and ultimately an on-site interview. Your recruiter will be super helpful and provide you with all details/info necessary and will set you up to really succeed during your on-site interview. On-site interview consisted of 3 individual 1 on 1s with managers in a very comfortable setting mostly conversation with some behavioral questions mixed in.
