Interview
The process started with a phone interview with an HR rep and once completed I was directed to take an online assessment. The next step was a follow-up call with the HR rep. The last step was an in-person interview with a few different team members.

Most of the questions were about my personal experiences in marketing and around the job duties.
Plusieurs entretiens pertinents avec les équipes et managers. En français et en anglais. Tout était très rapide a chaque fois. Les feedbacks étaient constructifs. Je n'ai rien de particulier a signaler a part que tout s'est passé de la meilleure des façons.
The interview process was efficient and quick and all of the interviewers were respectful and asked thoughtful questions, but the background check and offer specifics dragged on a bit longer than expected.

The interview process was quick and efficient. I met with the recruiter and three other iCIMS leaders, all virtually. Each person I spoke with was prepared, friendly and easy to talk to.
