iCIMS Technical Support Engineer I interview questions

The interview had four parts total, consisting of two phone interviews, an aptitude/personality assessment, and an in-person interview (including an open-ended assignment). The first phone call took place months prior to the actual process, as the company received another investment immediately afterwards and had to put TA on hold.

The overall process was very well structured. First was a short phone interview to briefly go over your background and to determine what you know about the company. Second phone interview was more detailed; questions about your experience, “what would you do’s?” and “how would you handles?”. Lastly there was an on-site interview which consisted of two 2:1 sessions with varying levels of management. Everyone was very accommodating, knowledgeable and conducted the interviews in a relaxed conversational manner. By the time I left I really felt as if I’ve known them for more than a 1/2 hour. Advice; relax, know the company you are interviewing for and have some good questions to ask.
