iQor Collections Representative interview questions

If you pass the on-line assessment, you are effectively hired. No actual experience or interview skills are required. Frankly, you can have someone more competent take the assessment for you in your name and you may find yourself joining the next training class.

I was a "walk-in applicant." I gave my resume with attachments to the security guard. I filled-out a form, "List of Applicants" for that day. Then the HR personnel called us in groups. I took my online test and application in one of the HR rooms. After that, the applicants waited to be called for the "first interview". It was a panel. The office where it was held was just enough for the groupings (group of 5 people); well ventilated and clean. Although the facilities were not new and the interior design was not modern/ not very attractive. The HR representative who conducted the first interview was pretty and had good communication skills. My fellow applicants were young, between early and mid-twenties, few work experience, however dynamic and with good attitudes. They had the good qualities of young professionals. Each one was trying to impress the other. Everyone wanted to get the job. Then, the group waited again bec. the HR rep had to finish the interview for the remaining applicants. After the first interview session, the HR left. After around 20 minutes, she came back with a decision...who among us made it. Luckily, I was one of them. I also passed in other call centers in Clark but I chose Iqor because its a collections call center. I wanted to work for a bank. It was a new experience for me. I also heard that the company and the compensation is better. The next day, I went back first to my previous job and resigned as a customer service rep. I rendered my last 30 days of service then returned to Iqor and took my "final interview" with the Vice President of the account in Iqor. I started training two days after being hired.
