The interview process was a bit informal.There was no pressure whatsoever to convey my experiences, as if, I was a big executive. The interviewer allowed me plenty of opportunity to express myself, to talk, in depth about my qualifications.The company is always willing to give anyone, whether with elaborate or no experience, the chance to grow from within. Some of the questions asked was "why would you like to work in collections." What is your long term goals and how do you see your goals fitting as a collection rep? He allowed me to asked him plenty of questions which he answered candidly. After the initial interview, I met with his manager and went through another brief interview with him. He laughed and joke the entire time. Although, there is no pressure, I like to encourage anyone going for an interview to be thoroughly prepared. The entire process took about 15-20 minutes.

The first phone interview was pretty smooth and the lady was so kind, then it was followed by the second phone interview then after two days the offer letter was presented.
