After filling out the app online, Recruiter called about 1-2 hours later. Was asked to come in for a group interview the following week. Interview was pushed back and rescheduled for 2 days, no explanation given. Group interview was laid back and not uptight and 4 interviewees in the group interview, including myself. Asked general questions mainly about everyone's work experience and background and what does customer service mean to you. Got a call the following morning asking to come in for a 2nd interview. If your asked for a 2nd interview you pretty much have the job. 2nd interview was very quick asked a few questions, met with the hiring manager. Got a call like 15 mins after leaving the 2nd interview with a job offer.
