The interview was dome via phone call. It was a calm and friendly interaction though I could tell that the interviewer wasn't a native english speaker, like myself. He was able to understand and carry on most of the conversation but had difficulty with other areas.

Easy. As they are hiring lots of people so they are not picky. Therefore it was very easy to land a job once you are able to speak English and can listen to the other person.
