1st they will conduct phone interview. During this step they will go through the relevant sections of your resume and ask pertinent questions. They will tell you more about the company and some of its projects. 2nd they will conduct an interview with usually three people from IFM i.e. your future immediate boss, human resources manager and sales manager. 3rd they will conduct a 1 to 1 interview with your immediate manager to test technical expertise. They will give you a problem and you have to write a program. Also, they will give you few basic electrical circuits problem.
