What do I know about the company..! Wouldn't think it would be a difficult question, but the company had so many different websites with no clear indication which one's the correct one. They understood this criticism and didn't see it as a negative.
Because I was already working there as a vendor, I didn't get asked the usual critical thinking questions (why are manholes round, etc). Instead, I was asked to explain why it made sense for them to bring me in as an FTE as opposed to continuing as a vendor with fewer responsibilities and accountabilities - how would I take ownership and improve the service we were providing.

The most challenging question for me was then they asked me to share details of a particular skill set from a less recent employer which was difficult for me to do. One tip... Don't act overly familiar. Not appropriate in any interview and would not be well received in particular at Best Buy.
Never went to the 'digital video' interview. Please HR, get out of the way and let hiring managers talk to candidates directly. A quick phone interview with a hiring manager would have been better than this.
