I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at innRoad in Jul 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out to schedule call, had the call and it was pretty decent. Recruiter told me they would get back to me in a week but never followed up on anything. I sent a follow up/thank you on LinkedIn but still never heard back. The call itself was pretty easy I guess. FOR SDRs recruiter told me base was $45K w/ commission of $10K if you reach 100% of your monthly quota. Uncapped commission. You have to make 150 phone calls a day and VM counts as a call. You have to schedule 16 qualifying leads each month.
