Applied through career site. Recruiter emailed to set up a call. She asked the usual questions. One round of panel interview with 25 total applicants. Only answered two questions - one was tell me about yourself and why loandepot & the second question changed for all applicants usually geared towards how you previously helped a client out / handled angry clients. Very positive experience!

1st interview: I was one of 3 in a group interview setting. Each candidate was asked a series of questions from the recruiter, and department Manager. When they were finished with that candidate, they'd move to the next candidate and ask them a different (but similar) group of questions. 2nd interview: I was one of 13 in a large group interview setting, lead by Dept Director, Dept Manager, and Senior Processing employee. Again, they ask a question and go around the table asking each employee that same question. They do with with about 5-6 questions. They take notes entire time for both interviews. 2nd interview was a bit intimidating and competitive, which threw me off guard from the little competition during round #1.
