First they email you a personality assessment questionnaire. Once your there for the interview, they hand you a packet while you wait for the interviewer. This packet test your knowledge on originating procedures and basic mortgage processing. After the interview, there will be an iQ test. During the interview questions, interviewer bragged how the average loan officer bring in $10g a month, and how they did not came from mortgage background. (I graduated with a finance degree for nothing?)
