Very laid back. They really want to get to know you. Wear Lululemon and make sure to mention how you want to grow within the position. I had a group zoom interview and it was fairly easy, just make sure you speak up. It helps to be the first one to talk.

Lulu had a group zoom interview process. 6-7 people were interviewing on the call I was on. Everyone forced to interrupt each other when answering questions. Allowed to ask any questions you have at the end.

Applied online, received an email asking if i'd like to join in on an online group zoom call. There was 4 others, including the manager. Popcorn style questions. Super laidback. About 45 minutes long. Email afterwards asking availability (you must be available entirely during their blackout period or you will not qualify to move forward with the interview process).
