Several behavior questions around Amazon's leadership principles. Examples are tell me about a time you: i) received a negative feedback ii) took a major risk iii) went beyond the obvious and what was expected for you iv) influenced a group of people, etc. In addition, there were questions like: what is the most innovative thing you have ever done. There were also case-like questions, but much simpler than consulting interviews. No math in any of those. Examples are: how would grow and ensure the health of a subscription business model? Which metrics would you use? How would price the service? You're a PM for Kindle and you realize you're going to miss the launch deadline, what do you do?
