I interviewed back in February 2025, and the process was pretty intense, but in a good way. I spoke to lots of people, and the assignment was super well designed. For my job this made sense to be done live in the office instead of take-home prep work, which made it feel collaborative and fair. I also really appreciated getting to speak directly with Jan (the CEO). He still takes the time to meet candidates personally, which says a lot.
