Great company and definitely the future in tech to be excited about. I also believe in the product and the direction the company is taking. While the team is genuinely curios and conduct good interviews the expectations for this role was all over the place. The recruiter and the team didn’t seem to be on the same page about the role which was really confusing. From the recruiter outreach, screening call, info btwn recruiter call and team call, to finally team call…were so many inconsistencies. The reporting manager was also not the same as learned from the recruiter vs what I learned in the following interview from the team call. While the interviews itself is genuinely collaborative, the communication in between interviews feels very impersonal due to relying heavily on automation.
