The process went pretty smoothly. I was contacted out of the blue on LinkedIn, and I agreed to join because I saw a lot of potential in the company and its product, even if time was a bit of an issue for me. Even though I joined the process a bit late, the team saw my potential and helped speed things up for me. The interviews were scheduled quickly, often just a day or two apart. I didn’t always know who I’d be interviewing next, but I was fine with that. When I reached the use-case step, I didn’t perform perfectly, but I still saw a lot of potential for future collaboration. The fast pace of the process caught me a bit off guard, but I appreciated the team’s flexibility and openness. I also valued the thoughtful written feedback I received after the interview—it felt genuine, not like the usual canned responses.
