While the product is strong and the company clearly growing, the hiring process felt like a checkbox exercise rather than a genuine evaluation of talent. Spent time preparing for the interview, only to get a generic rejection email filled with corporate fluff about "other talents" and "future opportunities." It’s frustrating when companies claim to want top talent but default to vague reasoning and empty reassurances. If you're applying, don't expect much transparency or follow-up beyond standard copy-paste responses. Felt like they were just fishing for market insights from experienced candidates. If n8n wants to hire people who truly move the needle, they should be more intentional about how they engage with high-caliber applicants. Right now, it feels like they’re more focused on running a talent popularity contest than building a top-tier team. When it is all said and done, an extremely incompetent hiring team.
