Interview Process: I was referred internally for the same GTM Systems Lead role a few months after my first application. I was contacted by a different Talent Acquisition representative this time. The call was initially rescheduled last-minute due to logistical issues. When we finally connected, the conversation felt rushed and fairly unengaging. Despite this, I was told that I matched the role requirements well and would be moving forward. However, I never heard back — not even a courtesy rejection or update, even after several weeks had passed. The role was eventually removed from their site, and I couldn’t find any public record of someone being hired into it. Takeaway: It’s disappointing when candidates are told they’re a great fit and then receive no communication. Even a simple follow-up would have made the experience more professional. I hope they invest in improving the candidate experience and follow-through, especially for referred candidates.
