"Tell me about yourself". I was asked do a math problem with a number of employees and a productivity requirement. Determine the rate at which workers operate.
The questions were designed to get a response where I would describe a situation or task, what action I took, and what type of result did I get.
Straightforward behavioral interview questions. No gotcha questions though one of the interviewers was extremely persistent with asking follow-up questions and why I made decisions/took actions. This is aligned with the "Dive Deep" leadership principle
