The interview process was straight forward and unobtrusive. After several multi-day, all-day interviews at other places, being interviewed by p202 was a breath of fresh air. I had an initial meeting with the HR rep to go over the job and see if I was a good fit, followed by an interview with who would have been my direct manager, and then a technical interview with my peers, the folks who would be reporting to be, and my boss's boss. I was extremely impressed that my direct reports were a part of the interview process. Often times, the people who report to someone are left out from being able to say if that person would be a good fit, and I felt that having them in my interview process told me a lot about the culture of the company I was interviewing to be a part of.
