After the online application they give you a website to test. You have to write test cases or test steps for the task they want you to do. For example find some information about when the company was started. We have to list all the steps we follow to get that information and write a use case. There are about 7 or 8 tasks for which we need to write usecases. Also there is a bug report they you may report any bugs you find. After completing all the tasks we submit and then are rated by a testmaster. If you get selected they will send you more tests.
