The question that was most difficult was more of a situational question. For example how would you handle a difficult client, co-worker, etc and maintain a positive working relationship.

One of the more challenging questions I was asked related to how I handled a past scenario where I experienced a less than positive outcome and/or feedback. It was a really good question since it ultimately is looking for a personal example of how a potentially negative situation could be a catalyst for growth.
