I was asked to write about an online system that was detailed in broad strokes?
Situation based questions. Problem and solutions.
Since the company failed to follow through on the commitment to even an initial phone screen, there was no opportunity to be asked any questions apart from completing and returning their basic skills test.

Prior history
Interview questions were categorized into different sections. For example, education, professional experience, as well as other sections that explored candidate's inclination towards open -source. I liked the questions though. They were detailed and presented a good medium to put forward a candidate's strengths.
They asked about my past experience and showed me an example of the writing they wanted corrected. It was full of grammatical problems.
