The interviews weren't all that difficult, as most of the positions are entry-level. They do also make you take a personality test in addition to the intelligence tests, with questions such as, "Would you consider taking so much as a pencil stealing?" It's pretty obvious how you should answer.
Questions were basic. No complex questions in interview. Interviewer was Managing Engineer and much younger then expected as per the position. Interviewer was friendly and on time for the interview. I was asked if I would have any issues getting to work. I replied I have reliable transportation and I've close to the job, should not be an issue.
