Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center cares for patients in the central and south Bronx, no doubt while rooting for the Yankees a few blocks away. The health care provider has about 965 beds on its two campuses, as well as psychiatric and nursing home facilities. Hospital specialty units include chest pain, orthopedic, cancer, and women's health centers. In addition, Bronx-Lebanon manages a network of about 70 owned and affiliated medical practices; the network -- branded as BronxCare -- includes primary care doctors and specialty clinics, as well as rehabilitation facilities. The hospital is also a primary teaching hospital for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
