CTI - SSI Food Services processes meat to produce beef patties, fajitas, taco meat, and more. The company distributes its products to restaurant chains across the US; most of its meat is sold to fast-food chains in the western US, including Wendy's and Taco Bell. The company, which operates a processing plant in Wilder, Idaho, was acquired from J.R. Simplot by CTI Foods in 2003. Parent CTI Foods also operates the S&S Foods meat processing facility in California, and it is building another plant in Texas.
