Pros
There are no pros here. I can't say anything good about this company. If you were picking horses in a race, this one is wounded, look elsewhere.
Cons
No yearly raises. No competitive pay for Maintenance Technicians. If you call in sick one day, you need a doctors note to get paid for sick time. Too cold inside of the whole building, mid 30 to 40 degrees. If you do maintenance repair in freezer, it's minus 15 to 20. Very unorganized and unprofessionally ran. This has to be one of worst companies I have ever worked for. They pressure you to work overtime. If you just need a job quick because you got laided off from your previous job, you can get hired here very quick to just bring in some money while you look for a real job. The turn over rate in maintenance is high, when I worked here, we went through twelve technicians a year. Let me put things in perspective, there is about six techs per shift and the company had three shifts because it's open 24 hours a day. This means the company is loosing two out three shifts of Maintenance Technicians every year. Also Maintenance Technicians don't get any major Holliday off. Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, labor day, you will be working on those days. Stay away from this crappy company.
