In the first half of 2022 alone, Cotiviti Cares supported >30 charitable organizations through our employee charitable request program and corporate donations. Notable organizations include WWF-Canada, the US Water Alliance, and the Australian Conservation Foundation, supporting one of our core pillars to help solve environmental challenges. We are grateful for our employees who care deeply about our planet!
Cotiviti congratulates its emerging coaches! Cotiviti recognizes the value that “coaching” can bring to the quality of relationships between employees and their leaders. In 2021, we trained more than 600 people leaders across Cotiviti to take a “coach approach” - to employ some basic coaching techniques to help them develop their employees’ autonomy and skills, and to further their own development and performance as leaders. We are so proud of our “Coach Approach” graduates, and appreciative of their time and effort to grow as leaders. We’ll continue to offer this important training into 2022.
Cotiviti is proud to celebrate Black History Month throughout February. As part of “Inclusiviti@Cotiviti,” the company’s diversity and inclusion initiative, the company’s Black Employee Success Team (B.E.S.T.) - a Cotiviti employee resource group - organized a series of activities for our colleagues designed to recognize the heritage and achievements of African Americans and the key roles they have played in U.S. history. In celebrating Black History, we are celebrating the beauty of diversity, and shining a light on the stories of men and women who have made a difference in the world and continue to do so.
We honor Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on January 17, with the utmost respect and recognition for one of America's most admired political and human rights activists.
The Cotiviti Employee Committee is always finding ways to engage our employees to help us stay connected across disparate geographic locations. The CEC outdid itself leading up the holidays, creating a series of online events and competitions in the spirit of the season that yielded nearly 4,800 individual experiences! Anyone with even five minutes to spare was able to take part. Thank you to our CEC for bringing employees together and adding to the joyful spirit of the holiday season.

Our employees inspire us every day with their thoughtfulness and compassion. Last month, we asked our employees to partake in #WorldKindnessDay and share their kind acts. Many of our employees donated or volunteered to help those struggling in their community. Some offered emotional and financial support for neighbors experiencing loss, while others even practice random acts of kindness daily. We are thankful for our employees and the kindness they spread around the world! #worldkindnessday

With Veterans Day (USA) and Remembrance Day (Canada) on November 11, we want to express our sincere appreciation and great respect for the brave service of our employee veterans and all military veterans. This year Cotiviti is once again showing our support with a contribution to the Fisher House Foundation, a non-profit that provides homes around the world where military and veteran families can stay free while a loved one is hospitalized. We have also given a contribution to the Legion Foundation Ontario, a Canadian organization to support numerous aspects of veterans’ welfare. Throughout November, our employees in the U.S. are encouraged to display a green light at their homes to show support for veterans and their families as part of the Greenlight a Vet campaign and in Canada to wear a lapel poppy to honor those who have served. #veteran; #military; #cotiviti
