Description FlexSol Packaging flexes its muscles as a leading maker of flexible packaging. It designs and manufactures plastic packaging products, including shrink wrap, bags, and trash can liners. At its five manufacturing plants in the eastern US, the company runs 85 film extruding machines that operate continuously. Using these facilities, FlexSol Packaging produces nearly 300 million pounds per year of low density, high density, and metallocene polyethylene films and bags. The company is controlled by Banc of America Capital Investors. FlexSol Packaging was formed in 1999 through the merger of Delta Plastics and Essex Plastics.
