      The best reason to work at FlexSol was the schedules, pay and benefits. It was also some great people to work with.

      Cons

      There was people there that was watching other people work and never got their own work done. And them people didnt have a position of authority.

      Ok place to work of you are in need of a job. chances for overtime if interested ability to grow if you are willing to learn benefits provided

      Not enough pay for all of the responsibilities required for machine operator. growth available but limited benefits could be better

      Only if you are management you will receive raises, bonuses, sick time with pay and more vacation time.

      Cons

      Bad pay No sick time off or pay No raises Dirty Plant Very very hot in the warmer months Promotions with No pay increase Cut vacation time Always taking benefits from employees yearly The Harder you work the more work you receive
