We promote transparency and have an open-door policy, so you know about and understand the decisions that affect the workplace and community. We care about our employees and value what they do — for that reason many stay with us long term. We have employees who’ve been with us 10 years or more, and several long-term employees who started here straight out of school. We believe in celebrating our employees’ successes, listening to their input, and helping them with succession planning.
