      Pros

      Was a good high school job. I enjoyed getting to know the residents and build relationships with them.

      Cons

      We weren’t allowed to accept tips and only made hourly wages. Many of the employees smoked weed after work. They were understaffed and I was required to be scheduled more days that I was able to because of practices. Then I struggled to get people to take my shifts because I couldn’t return the favor.

      Pros

      I have worked here for 7 years and love it. Great management, perks, staffing ratios. I have recommended this job to a few friends who have started and they love it as well. You just feel like you make a difference and that you matter, which can be very uncommon.

      Pros

      Excellent staffing ratios in resident care areas. Flexible scheduling of either 12s or 8s. Staff can use the gym and pool in off hours. FREE Soda!
