The LifeCare entrance fee entitles Harbor’s Edge Residents to refined living with an active lifestyle and their luxurious apartment overlooking Norfolk’s downtown skyline and spectacular harbor views of the Elizabeth River. It also provides access to Assisted Living Apartments, Memory Support Suites, and our Health Care Center to provide the full continuum of care if needed with quality, comfort, and design that exceeds industry standards for a predictable monthly service fee.
