Juniata Valley Financial is the holding company for Juniata Valley Bank, which serves central Pennsylvania from about a dozen locations. The bank offers standard products such as checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, individual retirement accounts, and credit cards. Residential estate mortgages account for about half the company's loan portfolio, which also includes commercial, construction, home equity, municipal, and personal loans. The bank offers trust and investment services, as well. Juniata Valley Bank was established in 1867.
