KYM leadership team members bring an extensive amount of experience providing support to federal, international and commercial clients with their IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data Center Consolidation, and Project/Financial Management challenges. KYM’s most recent clients include Office of the Director of National Intelligence (“ODNI”), U.S. Marshal Service, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, U.S. Department of Interior, U.S. Health and Human Services (“HHS”), U.S. Department of Homeland Security ("DHS"), U.S. Department of Agriculture ("USDA"), and Neustar. KYM specializes in Computer Software Development, Information Sharing and safeguarding, Data Sciences, and standards-based Interoperability. KYM is recognized for developing and implementing data and policy standards, architectures, strategies and solutions.
KYM was established in 2010 by Dimple Mehra as a small consulting business to provide financial planning and analysis services to clients in Delaware. Ms. Mehra has led multiple high-visibility data-driven financial planning and analysis activities for global banks, corporations and other clients. Most recently she has applied her data analytics skills to support U.S. Marshals Service to help with crime statistics, use of force incidents and active shooting events data analysis. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Economics from University of Mumbai.
In 2011, her husband Vijay Mehra, was invited to join a team in Washington DC to support the National Security Staff as an Information Sharing and Safeguarding SME. Mr. Mehra specializes in developing and implementing complex computer systems and information management systems design and implementations. He has served in management and technical leadership positions with global consulting firms like KPMG and Deloitte for 14+ years, and he brings extensive business/mission and technology delivery experiences leading large implementation teams. Mr. Mehra holds a Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences, an MBA, and an MS in Computer Information Systems, and specializes in Information Sharing and Safeguarding strategies, standards and technologies. Mr. Mehra formally joined KYM in 2012.
KYM team members have supported multiple clients as subject matter experts in information management and data sciences. KYM’s services are sought after as is evident from their ongoing support to ODNI since 2010. Through its tenure, KYM has expanded by recruiting a growth specialist, establishing a mentor-protégé relationship with a large corporation, and hiring a Merger & Acquisitions Specialist. Additionally, KYM added other team members to grow beyond information management into cybersecurity, computer systems engineering and program management.
