KYM's Leadership has proven that they are willing to go above and beyond for us by adding additional benefits plans, changing the wait time from 90 days to immediate for the 401K plan, and continuing to explore other options. I am given a chance to run with my ideas and help shape how we provide support to our customers on a daily basis. I feel as though I am valued, supported, encouraged, and challenged to be the best professional I can be. They offer very competitive benefits, PTO and holiday pay. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my choice to leave a large organization to come to a smaller one where I have a larger impact on business objectives and goals.
Cons
Due to COVID, I haven't had the opportunity to meet everyone on the team and miss the face to face interactions. I am looking forward to collaborating more in the future when we return to the office even if it is only a few days a week.
