Marich Confectionery can scratch your itch when you have a craving for sweets. The firm manufactures specialty candies and chocolates. Marich's confections, including caramels, chocolate-covered fruit, truffles, nut candies, jelly beans, sour chews, and chocolate-dipped cookies, are sold wholesale to chain department and club stores, as well as gourmet retailers. They are also sold to repackers, who package them for sale under private labels. The firm offers sugar-free candy and custom products. Marich was founded by Marinus van Dam (who also created the Jelly Belly bean) in 1983 and is owned and operated by his sons, Brad and Troy. The firm donates 5% of its website sales to charitable organizations.
