Pros
*Company that cares about the people that work here, the environment we live in, the confections that they manufacture and the customers that they take care of. *Room for growth if you apply yourself and show it in your work and work ethic that you want it. The opportunity is there. *Great peers & management * As one would say "Happy fun people"...there is a reason why there are some "lifers" here.
Cons
* Like all jobs and just some random days in general, there are stressful ones (not the predominate), but its stressful because we all care and trying to reach the common goal. But with that the people work well as a team to work through it.
