Founded in 2004 by industry veterans, Steve Rooney and Dan Murphy, Precision Pipeline, LLC, (PPL) was one of the first union contractors in the Marcellus Shale region and is one of the largest union pipeline contractors in North America. Clients have commissioned PPL to construct natural gas and liquids pipeline projects across the country ranging in size from 42-inch to 12-inch diameter.
