Priority Life Care was founded in 2009 at the Petras family Thanksgiving dinner. Sevy Petras presented an easel with a business plan. Her idea was to provide affordable senior housing options while continuing to promote seniors’ independence. In 2010, the Petras family opened its first communities in Ohio and Indiana.
Since 2010, Priority Life Care has expanded into one of the leading senior housing providers in the nation with a mission of "compassionately lighting the way in senior housing, with respect, to independence and affordability. We believe everyone, including employees and older adults, deserves dignity, compassion, and respect.
