Our Story

Slakey Brothers began in 1939 as a heating and sheet metal supply business, with $5,000 and one warehouse. Over the next few years, the company added plumbing and air conditioning equipment which created steady growth and attracted talented, dedicated employees.

Today, we have over 400 employees at 28 locations in California, Nevada and Oregon. Through all of the changes and growth, Slakey Brothers still operates by the values that have made us successful. 

Slakey Brothers is among the highest ranked distributors of heating, plumbing and air conditioning products in the nation. We supply over 50,000 products to the construction industry, carrying top-of-the-line brands like Bryant, Amana, Kohler, and Delta.
